The Dawn - Lounge Bar welcomes those who enter Palácio Chiado. A lounge space with a Portuguese wine menu and signature cocktails created by our team of bartenders.   The Junot – Cocktails & Gins, in the Foyer, on the first floor, got its name from General Junot who set up his headquarters at this palace during the French invasions. With his lavish parties, General Junot gave the palace an aura of extravagancy that remains.
