At Palácio Chiado we celebrate the idiosyncrasies of our visitors with an à la carte menu featuring eclectic and democratic creations. These dishes blend traditional recipes from various regions with the expertise of Chef Manuel Bóia, honoring signature cuisine while reviving traditions from his roots for your gustatory delight.

As we love to serve music and food on the same plate, from Thursday to Saturday, you can enjoy the sounds of our resident DJs, kicking off the Farrobodó that follows in the SALLA bar downstairs.
